Tyler is missing in action again. I’ll wait another day then I call out the search party. I’ll instruct them to search everywhere. To not leave a rock unturned. So you are just that sure that you are going to win our race.? Miracles can and do happen. I can see the headlines in the paper now. ” 54 Year Old Grandma beats 10 Year Old Granddaugher in a race in Seaboard”…………….. I can picture myself on the news giving an interview. Well, if I’m going to dream big, I might as well make it really big. What flavor(s) are your favorite ice cream. I love butter pecan. Save up our your money. I can eat a lot of ice cream. Was that part of the bet? Do you have to buy me ice cream if I win? I can remember the original bet. Or is it just you who gets ice cream if you win? Huh?? I love you Granddaughter.

Yep!!! If you win the race you will get an ice cream cone of you choice at an ice cream parlor. What have you been up to lately? I’ve been really busy in the office and working in the yard. Today is Granddaddy’s birthday. He is 55 yrs. old. Yikes! My birthday is next week. On Oct. 1st I will be 54. How are the rest of your siblings doing. How is Hayden and Greyson enjoying school. I’m doing just fine. Wow, that popcorn recipe sounds great. I’ll plan on making it when I’m done with the diet I’m on. I made a pizza for myself tonight for dinner. The crust was made out of oat flour (which is oatmeal that I ground up in the blender), an egg white, and garlic powder. I mixed that up and spread it out like a pancake in the skillet and browned it on both sides. I topped it with seasoned tomato sauce that I made out of tomato paste. I sauteed some chopped onion, green peppers, and mushrooms in a skillet and top the pizza with them. I cut up some cooked chicken and threw that on top too. Then I sliced some fresh tomato and put a final layer on the pizza. I baked it at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. It was pretty tasty for a diet pizza. Mind you, it had no cheese. I’m not allowed to have that just yet. When I get my weight down, I’ll race you around the outside of your house. If I lose, I’ll treat you to an ice cream cone. Are you up to the challenge? I’m glad that you seem to be enjoying your schooling. Keep up the good work. I’m proud of you. Love, Grandma

I drank at least a quart. I know it’s hard but keep trying. You will soon get so used to it that when you miss drinking your water you body will feel it signal your brain like this: “Hey I need some water”. You can do it. I know you can. I’m missing you. Love, Grandma
