Where did she go?

I’ve been wondering where my partner in water drinking has been lately.  I guess she is missing in action.  I’ve been drinking my water. I wonder if she has too?  I need to think up some ways to flavor my water to make it more palatable. Something besides lemon and lime. I need you Tyler. Where are you?

Exchanging healthy recipes

I was thinking that it might be fun to share some healthy recipes. I’ll put my mind to revising some of my not so healthy favorites and see if I can’t make something about the same tasting.  Here’s to experimenting.

I’ve not stopped moving for six hours now!

I got up today with my feet running.  I’ve done so much housework and cooking that I feel like I’ve been exercising all day.  Does this count.  I sure hope so as I can’t imagine putting in my one mile exersize tape right now.  I’ll do it tomorrow.
